-Todos los productos comercializados por nosotros tienen 6 meses de garantía desde tu compra.

-Los productos deben están en las mismas condiciones estéticas en las que fueron entregadas así mismo su packing (caja), en caso de tener señales de daños físicos quedara fuera de garantía.

-Romy SRL no se hará cargo de las distancias en la que el cliente este, por lo cual si el cliente quiere reclamar la garantía debe hacer llegar el o los productos a nuestro local de la forma de su preferencia, en el caso de que el cliente sea del interior debe enviar los productos con flete pago.

CAMBIOS Y DEVOLUCIONES:

-Romy Srl se compromete a hacer el cambio por el mismo producto en caso de estar en garantía o sustituir por un ítem similar.

-Romy Srl no acepta devoluciones o cambios de productos bajo ningún motivo que no sea garantía de los mismos.
